In the Orangery is the fruition of a 2020 summer residency in the gardens at Boscobel House and Gardens while closed to the public during the height of the pandemic. In this collaborative publication, Lori Van Houten and Anna Leigh Clem explore a time of interiority, longing, and melancholy.
In the Orangery is a self-published book produced by UMBILICUS.collective and pigment printed on kozo paper by the artists in 2023. Each book is 6.75"x5.5" with 24 full color pages, signed and numbered in an edition of 20.
